Hog Monkey Village

A step up from Dragon Flats, this is where the middle class lives, and is the largest borough in the city. Most people here own shops or have jobs that require them to commute to the bigger, better parts of town. Physically, there are mostly independent apartments and some complexes, and even a few houses.
